We take pride in delivering high-quality uniforms, flags and other promotional needs for your store. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our policy below.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to provide a replacement. Please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at orders@TLGroupMerchandise.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging in your email.
3. Once we review your claim, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or select the wrong product or size.
Delivery Times
Please allow 7-10 working days for Uniforms. And 10-14 Days for Flags. We do not offer refunds or returns if there is a delay in the delivery of your order, if you need items for a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
